Data Deletion Instructions

What we store about you

When you sign in or register on the Platform at https://sinkai.net through Facebook, we store:

• your name and email address;
• the identifier of your Facebook account (to recognize you when you sign in);
• if the corresponding permissions were granted: date of birth and gender (once, to fill in your profile);
• a link to your avatar;
• technical sign-in logs.

Option 1. Disconnect Facebook and keep your account

If you only want to remove the link with Facebook (for example, to keep password sign-in):

1. Sign in to the admin panel: https://sinkai.net.
2. Open Profile → Sign-ins.
3. Next to "Facebook", click Unlink.

After that we delete the stored Facebook identifier and the profile data associated with it (name/email/avatar/date of birth/gender received from Facebook). The account itself and the sites you created remain.

Additionally, remove the app's access on the Facebook side: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find the app and click Remove.

Option 2. Delete your account and all data

2.1. Yourself, in the admin panel

1. Sign in to the admin panel: https://sinkai.net.
2. Open Profile → [account deletion section].
3. Confirm the deletion.

If you have active paid subscriptions or sites with unfulfilled obligations, the system will ask you to close them first or transfer them to another administrator.

2.2. By email request

Send an email with the subject "Data deletion" to support@sinkai.com.ua from the address linked to the account, or include in the email:

• the account name;
• the email address or the Facebook identifier;
• what exactly to delete: the whole account or only the Facebook data.

We may ask you to verify your identity so that we do not delete someone else's data by mistake.

Timing and consequences

• We process the request within 30 days (usually faster).
• After the account is deleted, we destroy or anonymize your personal data. Technical backups containing it are overwritten within 90 days.
• Some data we are required to keep longer if the law demands it (accounting and tax documents about payments made). Such data is stored in isolation and used solely to fulfil legal obligations.
• Deletion is irreversible: it is not possible to restore the account, sites and content afterwards.

Automatic request from Facebook (data deletion callback)

If you remove the app in your Facebook settings, Facebook may send us an automatic request to delete the related data. When we receive such a request, we delete the stored Facebook identifier and the profile received from it within the same time frame as stated above.
